GIMP 2.8.16 の足音

ここの処、GIMP のバージョンは落ち着いていました。
2.8.14 が公開されてから、約１年。
GIMP のステージは、次の 2.9 や 2.10 になるのか、と、個人的には思っていました。
でも、発見したのです。
2.8.16 の文字を！。
