ここ２日で、大きな動きがありました。 （2019/07/09 現在）
GIMP 本体と ヘルプ内容と、 です。
これで、安心して、ヘルプ導入となりそうです。
実は、GIMP のヘルプは、
これ迄、2.8 の流用であったり、
GIMP 2.10.x から操作するとエラーを吐いたりと、
少し、頼り無げ でした。
でも、本体充実を優先して欲しい！、が、
個人的なユーザーとしての気持ちでもあり、
じっと時が訪れる迄、我慢！ を決め込んでいました。
はい。
その時が、やって来た様です ！。

We just published the first Windows installers for the @GIMP_Official 2.10 help files:
